Tricia manages our recruitment advertising division. A seasoned professional with more than 15 years of diverse advertising experience, she excels at developing innovative recruitment strategies. Tricia employs a variety of proven techniques to deliver cost-effective recruitment programs, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, hiring process re-engineering, web solutions and staffing technologies. Before joining SMM she managed a regional office for a worldwide recruitment marketing firm, overseeing a staff of 20 professionals. Tricia is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and serves as Chairperson of the One Stop Committee of the Suffolk County Department of Labor’s Workforce Investment Board. |
