Judy supervises production and technical resources for SMM, managing all aspects of art, production and agency traffic flow. An accomplished designer herself, Judy coordinates the work of the agency’s art directors, graphic artists and production personnel. As the agency’s network administrator, Judy also manages SMM’s computer operations, providing centralized controls and organization. She reviews, acquires, and approves the acquisition of all computers, terminals, peripheral equipment, software, and related service, and performs all system diagnostics and utilities maintenance. When required, she supervises the work of subcontracted IT specialists. |
